Processing and Delivery time:
Please allow 3-5 weeks for all orders to be custom made and shipped out to you from the time your payment is received (this is standard and we do not do rush orders). Please take this into consideration before placing your order. Thanks.
Orders for lashes are processed and shipped quicker than customized products, if you place an order for lashes along with a personalized item, the lashes will ship out separately.
If you would like your tracking number once your order is shipped, please specify when ordering.
Phone Cases:
We offer phone cases for iPhone 6, 6s, 6 plus and 6s plus (If ordering for iPhone 7, cases will fit the body of phone, however the camera opening will be small and will partially block camera opening). As well as Samsung Galaxy models.
Name Jewelry:
All name jewelry can be up to 10 letters. I offer silver, gold, and rose gold (limited products) . The jewelry is made of pure alloy metal, plated with sterling sliver or 18k gold . You have the option to choose between a 16,18,20, or 22 inch chain for each necklace for no additional charge.
Shipping:
Shipping is standard through USPS mail. The price for shipping is standard $5 and an extra $3 for each additional item. For example if you were to order 1 item the shipping is $5, 2 items the shipping would be $8, 3 items the shipping is $11 and so on. . .
Care Tips
To ensure longevity of your purchase, it is advised to avoid pro longed liquid and chemical exposure. When you are not wearing your jewelry, you should store your items in a jewelry box or container (like the one provided with your purchase) . For even added longevity, you can coat your jewelry with a clear coat paint sealer (can be found at any craft store.)
